Founding partners have over 60 years of combined complementary experience in financial services and middle-market companies with expertise in business services, real estate and real estate services, construction and industrial as well as multi-unit industries.

History as long-standing and established senior leaders at Blackstone, Goldman Sachs and Mackinac/Accordion Partners. Strong personal and professional relationships fostering trust, loyalty and collaboration.

William Sirignano

(Managing Partner)

18 years of experience, including 11 at Blackstone Credit (BXC) as Managing Director and senior originator specializing in public/private investing, risk underwriting, capital markets, and complex transaction structuring

Led $13B+ in private and opportunistic credit across business services, real estate, gaming, hospitality, internet infrastructure, technology, and industrials

Co-led BXC’s multi-billion Opportunistic Credit Strategy, helped build GSO and BXC’s private credit platforms, and co-headed alternative credit capital markets

Supported portfolio companies with asset management and cross-selling via BXC’s Advantage Team

Prior investment professional at hedge funds Satellite Asset Management and Karsch Capital; started career at Lehman Brothers in investment banking

Gregory Otto

(CRE, Logistics, Business Services, Construction)

Greg brings 15+ years of global experience across real estate, industrials, and logistics, with a foundation in maritime operations and national security

He served on the board of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. (NYSE: MNR), a 25 million sq. ft. industrial REIT sold for ~$4B, and is building Steamboat Capital, focused on industrial and logistics investments

A former founding CEO at Seapath (a maritime investment arm of the Libra Group), and CFO/investor at trade-tech platform Secro, Greg has led $200M+ in deal execution

Earlier, he spent a decade at the U.S. State Department in global maritime security roles and is currently a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve with a Top Secret/SCI clearance

Greg holds an Executive MBA from Saïd Business School, Oxford University, a Master’s from the U.S. Naval War College, and a B.S. from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy

Matthew Slaine

12 years as CEO across multi-unit restaurants, fitness studios, and media services, primarily in private equity-backed companies.

Current CEO of Princeton Medspa Partners, a private equity-backed platform of non-invasive aesthetic service providers in the lower middle market.

Former CEO of OT Growth Partners (2022–2025), overseeing 60 Orangetheory locations across four states and leading two successful acquisitions in 2023.

Former CEO of Quality Restaurant Group (2019–2022), expanding to 350+ franchise restaurants in 15 states, generating $350MM+ in revenue with 9,000 employees. Directed $130MM in 14 M&A and 75 real estate transactions over three years.

Earlier roles include CEO of Progressive Business Media, sold to Gannett, and investment banking and asset management roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.

Current Executive Chairman of Young Medical Medspa, a 16-unit PE-backed roll-up; hired a new CEO and launched a de novo growth strategy.
